PHOTOVOLTAIC MODULE AND MANUFACTURING METHOD THEREOF

An apparatus for a photovoltaic module and a manufacturing method by using an amorphous silicon thin film are provided to easily fabricate and install by depositing a protective film on the amorphous silicon thin film deposited on a glass. A manufacturing method for a photovoltaic module by using an amorphous silicon thin film includes the steps of: manufacturing a first glass plate(2) having a certain size wherein on one side of the first glass plate, the amorphous silicon thin film is deposited; depositing a protective film(4) on the amorphous silicon thin film of the first glass plate; installing a junction box inner space(10) of a spacer(6); and attaching one side of the spacer on a surface of the protective film and a second glass plate(12) on another side of the spacer. An apparatus for photovoltaic module includes a first glass plate, a protective film, a spacer, and a second glass plate. The amorphous silicon thin film is deposited on one side of the first glass plate. The protective film is formed on the amorphous silicon thin film. The spacer is attached on the protective film. The second glass plate is attached on the other side of the spacer.
