PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a column base junction structure for a building having a plurality of layers, the column base junction structure having a flexural capacity reduced in order to avoid stress concentration on the undermost layer and having other capacities whose reduction is suppressed.SOLUTION: A column base junction structure (2) for a building having a plurality of layers comprises: a base structure (4) of reinforced concrete construction; and a column (6) of reinforced concrete construction, that is erected on the base structure. The column includes: a first column reinforcement (18) that is connected to the base structure and extends in the vertical direction; and a second column reinforcement (20) that is not connected to the base structure and extends in the vertical direction. A plate (22) is disposed between the top surface of the base structure and the bottom surface of the column. Separation by the plate at concrete part between the base structure and the column prevents cracking from propagating.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 1
