PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To prevent the worsening of workpiece cutting accuracy and to reduce the cost of a wire saw. SOLUTION: Positioning rings 58, 58 are fitted to a movable side support frame 56 being adjusted in position so as to be arranged coaxially with a fixed side spindle unit 50. A movable side spindle unit 52 is supported being inserted in the positioning rings 58, 58. The fixed side spindle unit 50 and the movable side spindle unit 52 can therefore be disposed easily in an coaxial state.
