<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an optical shaping apparatus capable of performing a highly precise optical shaping at a high speed. <P>SOLUTION: The optical shaping apparatus 1 for forming a shaped article having a desired shape by successively forming a cured layer by irradiating a photosetting resin with light is equipped with a first light source 11 for emitting a light beam for performing drawing on the photosetting resin 2, a scanning means 12 for scanning the light beam radiated from the first light source 11 on the photosetting resin 2, a second light source 31 for emitting the light applied on the photosetting resin 2 at every specific region, a spacial light modulation means 32 for spatially modulating the light emitted from the second light source 31 to collectively expose the predetermined region on the photosetting resin 2 and an exposure position adjusting means 39 for moving the exposed light at least in one direction by the space light modulation means 32. The respective cured layers of a shaped article are formed by the light beam scanned by the scanning means 12 and the light moved by a predetermined distance less than a specific region component by the exposure position adjusting means 39 spatially modulated by the space light modulation means 32. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2008,JPO&INPIT |
