<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a data processor for managing the visit of a guest to an office, and raising security. <P>SOLUTION: The data processor 100 being the processor 100 for managing a guest user GU who visits an arbitrary free address user FAU in the office includes: an approval data transmitting part 108 for receiving the visit to the free address user FAU by each guest user GU, and transmitting approval data to a guest portable terminal 400 carried by the guest user GU; an approval data receiving part 242 arranged in the entrance of the office and receiving the approval data from the guest portable terminal 400; an authenticating part 114 for authenticating the approval data of the guest user GU; and an IC issuing part 248 for issuing an IC card 410 for the guest which originates guest identification signal when the approval data is authenticated. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2009,JPO&INPIT |
