An electric power system wherein a plurality of electric power supplying-and-demanding homes are connected to one another via electric power supplying-and-demanding control devices and not only, needless to say, can be independent of the conventional electric power systems but also can be coexistent with the conventional electric power systems. A plurality of electric power supplying-and-demanding homes (11-15), which have electricity generating devices (101,151), electricity storing devices (102,152), a plurality of loads (103) and electric power supplying-and-demanding control devices (104,153), are connected to one another via an electricpower supplying-and-demanding line (W). The electric power supplying-and-demanding control device (104) determines whether an electric power shortage or surplusage will occur in the electric power supplying-and-demanding home (11) equipped with the electric power supplying-and-demanding control device (104). If determining that an electric power shortage will occur in the electric power supplying-and-demanding home (11), the electric power supplying-and-demanding control device (104) receives electric power from the other electric power supplying-and-demanding homes (12-15) equipped with the electricity generating devices and/or electricity storing devices. If determining that an electric power surplusage will occur in the electric power supplying-and-demanding home (11), the electric power supplying-and-demanding control device (104) performs a control that supplies electric power to the other electric power supplying-and-demanding homes (12-15). With respect to this supply of electric power, the plurality of electricity generating devices, which include cogenerators, at the electric power supplying-and-demanding homes (11-15), are automatically or manually controlled based on a forecasted weather, predicted electric power demands, predicted heat demands, values set at theelectric power supplying-and-demanding homes and so on. |
