PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a long-length roll-shaped polyimide film with a thickness of 125 μm or higher excellent in mechanical strength and good in punchability, and also, to provide a long-length polyimide film with a thickness of 125 μm or higher having no adhesive layers and excellent in adhesive properties between the laminated polyimide films.SOLUTION: A roll-shaped polyimide film with a length of 5 m or higher has a thickness of 125 μm or higher and a tear propagation resistance of 9 N/mm or higher.SELECTED DRAWING: None |
