PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To obtain a new compound useful in treating attack deuteropathy, cardiac insufficiency deuteropathy, arthrosis deformans, chronic arthrorheumatism, cancers including ovartan cancer and lung cancer, etc. SOLUTION: This new compound is a compound of formula I (W is a group of formula II or the like; X1 is O, S or the like; X2 is OH, SH, or the like; R1 and R2 are each Br, Cl or the like; R3 is H or F; R4 is H, Cl, or the like; R5 is H or a 3-4C alkyl; the above-mentioned hydrocarbon (s) is substitutable with 1-3 halogen atom (s) or the like; the above-mentioned heterocyclic ring (s) is substitutable with 1-3 amino group(s) or the like), pref. [5-fluoro-2-(1H- tetrazol-5-yl)phenyl]-(4-iodo-2-methylphenyl)amine or the like. The compound of formula I is obtained, for example, by reaction of a compound of formal III (e.g. 5-chloro-2-methoxybenzoic acid) with 2-amino-2-methyl-1-propanol in the presence of SOCl2 followed by reaction of the reaction product with an iodoaniline compound such as 4-iodo-2-methylaniline. |
