PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an image display management apparatus and an image display management system capable of enhancing the management of confidential information even when an image display apparatus is rented. SOLUTION: When a original going to be distributed is set to a scanner (step S1201), a digital composite machine scans the original and previews a read original image. An administrator classifies transmitted originals by categories while viewing a preview (step S1202). Further, the administrator determines a category of a transmission destination (step S1203). When the setting of the category of the transmission destination is finished, the administrator produces jobs assigned with IDs on the basis of each of category classifications (step S1204). When the operations above are completed, the administrator applies prescribed image processing to the scanned images (step S1205), and thereafter transmits the images in a form of electronic paper (S1206).
