PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a method for manufacturing an electromagnetic wave shielding material having an excellent electromagnetic wave shielding effect. SOLUTION: The method for manufacturing an electromagnetic wave shielding material includes a step for spraying a prescribed amount of an aluminum-powder mixed liquid, in which aluminum powder is mixed into an adhesive, to one face of a base material; and a step for pressurizing the one face of the base material.
