PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To rapidly dry stamped ink even when dot intervals are decreased to 360 dpi and to suppress decrease in the number of stamping durability per one stamp body where a specified amt. of ink is stored. SOLUTION: Among dots arranged in a dot matrix constituted by a hole forming means for making holes in a stencil original paper, on each of thinned- out candidate dots (1) and (2) except the thinned-out exempt dots selected on every other rows on each line on every other lines when all the specified dots selected from eight dots surrounding the thinned-out candidate dots are perforation-planned dots, they are not perforated. In comparison with the conventional technologies where thinned-out candidate dots are set at a ratio of one dot per two dots, as the number of the thinned-out candidate dots is large, piling-up of ink oozed out from adjoining dots is decreased and amt. of ink consumption per one stamping is decreased.
