PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a liquid crystal display device which has excellent optical characteristics by reducing an influence of disclination.

SOLUTION: The liquid crystal display device 10 includes a plurality of pixels 20 corresponding to each of a plurality of colors. Each of the plurality of pixels 20 includes a pixel electrode and a common electrode 130 arranged on the pixel electrode via an insulating film. The common electrode 130 has slits S. The pixel 20 corresponding to the color with the lowest luminous efficacy out of pixels 20 has a slit S coupled with the adjacent pixel 20.
