The purpose of the present invention is to provide a self-adhering film for protecting polar surfaces. Said film may be manufactured in two or three layers through a blowing or flat-die co-extrusion process. The film for protecting polar surfaces mainly consists of a polyolefin of the C2 or C3 type such as LLDPE, LDPE, a polypropylene homopolymer, an atactic polypropylene or a polyethylene and polypropylene copolymer amongst others, a terpolymer based on ethylene vinyl acetate - maleic anhydride having highly polar functional groups, which provides the same the ability of being adhered to polar surfaces as well.
