PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an inkjet recording medium which suppresses the generation of bleeding of an ink.SOLUTION: This inkjet recording medium is constituted of an ink receptive layer and a support on which the former is formed. The ink receptive layer contains silica produced by vapor deposition process and porous silica which has a pore of hexagonal structure with an average pore diameter of 0.8 to 20 nm and a volume average particle diameter of 50 nm to 20 μm, wherein the mass ratio of the porous silica to the total amount of the vapor deposition silica and the porous silica is less than 50 mass%. |
