PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a fuel cell capable of outputting a large power generation while ensuring a robustness.SOLUTION: The fuel cell includes: a laminated body which has a cathode, an anode and a solid electrolyte membrane which is located between the anode and the cathode; a supporting substrate which has plural through holes and a lower face; and an adhesion layer which is disposed between the laminated body and the lower face of the supporting substrate. The supporting substrate has plural post parts limited between the plural through holes in a cross section cut off in a direction perpendicular to the lower face of the supporting substrate. The adhesion layer is not disposed between at least a part of the plural post parts and the cathode.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 1
