PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To secure large capacity of life water by rotating always storing service water by using service water supplied to a flush toilet water tank. SOLUTION: An auxiliary handrail 1 and a pressure gauge are installed in an upper part of an emergency water storage tank 7, and a water intake valve 8 is installed in a lower part. While, a water sending pipe 10 is inserted into a water delivery pipe 9 to be taken out up to a side surface of the emergency water storage tank 7. The water delivery pipe 9 is connected to an upper part of a flush toilet water tank 19, and the water sending pipe 10 is connected to one distributed to three sides via a ball tap 16. When using a flush toilet, a floating ball 20 lowers, service water flows to a hand-washing hose 15, an auxiliary water hose 17 and the water sending pipe 10 from the ball tap 16, the service water from the water sending pipe 10 flows in the emergency water storage tank 7, and the service water stored in the emergency water storage tank 7 is delivered to the flush toilet water tank 19 from the water delivery pipe 9 to thereby secure large capacity life water requiring no replacement of water over a long period.
