PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a new method for the specific detection and differential test of neurodegeneration. SOLUTION: This new method is for specific detection, quantification, and/or differential diagnosis of neurodegeneration of an individual and uses a combination assay detecting at least three neurological markers in one bodily fluid or more of the individual, and the type and degree of neurodegeneration are further reflected in the quantitative changes of the levels of all the neurological markers that are compared with a control sample.
