PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To hang a packaging bag from a neck of a bottle and simultaneously display indication in the packaging bag equipped with a display portion via a folding line at a holding portion equipped with a hanging hole communicating with a body by including the folding line basically comprising perforations excepting both ends. SOLUTION: The packaging bag 10 comprises a body 20 and a display portion 40 connected via a folding part 41 at the tip of a holding portion 30 equipped with a hanging hole 31 communicating with an upper end of the body 20. The hanging hole 31 of the bag 20 is put in a neck of a bottle for hanging, and the display portion 40 is located opposite to a housing 22 of the bottle, so that necessary indication can be made. The folding part 41 is basically formed of perforations 42, while no perforations are made at both ends. A distance from the end 43 where perforations are not provided ranges from 2 to 30 mm, wherein foldability is obtained, and the folding part 41 have no fear of cut off when folded.
