The invention relates to a composition comprising an anti-glypican 3 antibodies with modified sugar chain component of the antibody wherein the antibodies are fucose-deficient or comprise linked bisecting N-acetylglucosamine (GlcNAc). The invention further relates to a process for producing anti-glypican 3 antibody by means of a cell having reduced capability of adding fucose to sugar chains, in particular by a cell lacking a fucose transporter, and to an anticancer drug having as its active ingredient the antibody composition.
