A sandwich support comprises a frame made of a strip which is divided into three parts by fold lines and provided by legs arranged at the edges of the strip and at the boundary of two parts. In doing so at each boundary of the two parts the legs have the width twice as large than the width of the legs at the edges. A fold line also passes through the middle of each leg arranged at the boundary of the two parts. The strip is made of food plastic. The fold lines are those punched in which the thickness of the plastic is lesser than the thickness of the plastic of the strip.
