PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a rotating connector in which the thinning of a mould member is possible and reliability and productivity can be improved by preventing the mixing up of a conductor of a lead wire and an electric short circuit. SOLUTION: The rotating connector 1 has a rotator 10 arranged rotatably with resped to the stator 11 and transmits a signal between the rotator 10 and the stator 11. A plurality of mould members 22, 32 are provided which are arranged at the stator 11 side, have openings 101, 102, and in which bus bars 24, 34 and lead wires 20, 30 welded on the bus bars 24, 34 are arranged. Two sheets of mould members 22, 32 are fixed by a welding part with the two sheets of mould members 22, 32 combined in one set and the openings 101, 102 of the two sheets of mould members 101, 102 facing the outside.
