An objective of the present invention is to reduce a decline in case waterproofness by preventing a screw from protruding from a case and reducing a decline in sealability between the case and the screw. A fuel cell device is provided with: a fuel cell main body that has a plurality of stacked unit cells; a case that accommodates the fuel cell main body; and a pin, one end portion of the pin being in contact with a part of the fuel cell main body so as to fix the fuel cell main body, wherein the case has a through-hole penetrating an outer portion and an inner portion of the case, the pin is inserted into the through-hole, the pin has a seal member in at least a part of an outer peripheral surface of the pin, the through-hole has a constant inner diameter over a predetermined distance between inner and outer sides of the case, the inner diameter between the inner diameter-constant part and the outer side of the case exceeds the inner diameter of the inner diameter-constant part, and the other end portion of the pin is positioned in the through-hole between an outer side direction end portion of the case in the inner diameter-constant part and the outer side of the case. |
