PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a mortar or concrete spray method and a device for the method, which can prevent fine aggregate particles, which were a cause of fine aggregate block in a conventional SS method, from adhering in an outlet, and reduce the amount of added water per batch, which was required for stable pumping of the fine aggregate.SOLUTION: A mortar or concrete spray device F comprises: an aggregate pumping machine 9, which supplies an aggregate 8 containing no cement; cement milk supply means 14, which supplies a cement milk 13 separately from the aggregate; mixing means 17, which mixes the aggregate and the cement milk; and a spray nozzle 20, which sprays a mortar material 1 or a concrete material obtained by mixing. A part of water 12a constituting the mortar material 1 or the concrete material is added in an air 21 on the upper stream side of a point S where the aggregate 8 joins the air 21 for aggregate pumping.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 2 |
