<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a new method for blending aroma chemicals comprising easily compensating the composition of aroma chemicals based on data obtained through instrumental analysis so as to blend the aroma chemicals which reproduces aroma taken when sniffing an object, in the oral cavity environment. <P>SOLUTION: The new method for blending aroma chemicals comprises the following process: charging an aroma composition into oral cavity-modelled environmental solution whose base material contains artificial saliva and non-oral cavity environmental solution containing no artificial saliva to collect emitted aroma components respectively or passing aroma component-containing gas through the oral cavity-modelled environmental solution and the non-oral cavity environmental solution to collect components respectively; analyzing collected components; and calculating correction values from the difference between the collected components to correct a composition ratio of the aroma composition. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2007,JPO&INPIT |
