PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To allow reception at both of a receiving terminal corresponding to a digital broadcast and a receiving terminal corresponding to an analog broadcast even at a state that the receiving terminals are mixed. SOLUTION: A plurality of analog television broadcasting signals converted by receiving circuits 16, 16, 16... and converters 17, 17, 17... and digital television broadcasting signals via a bypass line are input in a mixer 18. In the mixer 18, the signals are mixed to generate mixed broadcasting signals. Since the analog television broadcasting signals and the digital television broadcasting signals are included in the mixed broadcasting signals, if the receiving terminals 20, 20, 20... are provided with at least either of the digital or analog tuners, a television broadcast can be viewed.
