A tundish clogging prevention device is provided to prevent the abort of the casting work by preventing the clogging of a tapping nozzle. A tundish clogging prevention device comprises: a nozzle holder(130) of hollow cylindrical shape in which a tapping nozzle is inserted; a cover(110) preventing the fallout falling down to the tapping nozzle to prevent the nozzle being clogged; and a coupling plate(120) connecting the cover and the nozzle holder. The cover comprises a plurality of through holes(111). The nozzle holders have: a holder body(131) of hollow cylindrical shape; and an opening(132) formed in order for one side of the main body to be opened.
