PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a method and system in which an elastic composite and its formation are smoothly integrated into a method of making an article and into an elasticized article itself.SOLUTION: A method is described for making an elasticized absorbent article having a waist opening and a pair of leg openings. First, multiple elastic distributions are arranged on a moving material sheet so as to form a moving elastic composite web. Then, each of a core section and a second material sheet is added periodically onto the moving web so as to define a discrete finished elastic composite web.
