A METHOD FOR TRANSFERRING ASSISTANT DATA IN MOBILE MULTI-MEDIA BROADCAST

A method for transferring assistant data in mobile multi-media broadcast is disclosed. In the present invention, adding a dedicated assistant data segment (13) in a channel data using the serving network and the mobile terminal in the coverage area, installing the assistant data which is going to transmit in a period of time in the said assistant data segment, the method includes: the serving network transmits the channel data to the mobile terminal over the wireless service channel; the mobile terminal receives the channel data and takes out the assistant data from the assistant data segment (13) one by one. The present method could improvetransmitting efficiency of assistant data, and realize more data functional application of caption, document downloading, IP multicast and the like on the premise of satisfying the clear of the audio and video data.
