PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an organic electroluminescent display device and its manufacturing method where invasion of moisture or a foreign substance in the outside is prevented by doubly forming a seal line for sealing upper and lower substrates on an organic electroluminescent display device and a seal line for blocking edge zones at both sides of the sealed upper and lower substrates from the outside. SOLUTION: The organic electroluminescent display device includes a first substrate, a second substrate, an organic electroluminescent layer formed on the first substrate, a thin-film transistor formed on the second substrate, and the first and the second seal lines 600, 680 formed to seal the first and the second substrates.
