The device has a resting device, which has a swivelable resting unit (6) with a tooth system (8) and a spring loaded resting unit (7) that is held by a spring unit in a resting position and is provided with another tooth system (10). The tooth systems of the resting units have a tooth (13) made of plastic material. The tooth projects opposite to the remaining teeth of the tooth systems. An additional part (14) is attached to the spring-loaded resting unit by a clip connection, and the tooth consists of polypropylene.
