PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To enhance support stiffness so that sinks are indistinctive on a surface of an assembled panel and besides a clip does not disengage in its assembling. SOLUTION: A pair of legs 17 are spaced on a backside of a frontal protector 5 in a protruding manner. A bridge 19 is joined to protruding ends of both the legs 17 so as to make a gap C between the backside of the frontal protector 5 and the bridge 19 and besides to open ends of both sides of the bridge 19. A clip seat 23 and a guide surface 27 are coupled via a step 25 to build up the bridge 19. The clip seat 23 is positioned more apart from the backside of the frontal protector 5 than is the guide surface 27. A clip engaging hole 21 is extended to the step 25. A clip engaging flange is formed in the step 25 so that a slit-like opening 29 into which a clip engaging flange is inserted communicates with the clip engaging hole 21. Then, the clip engaging flange is allowed to slide along the guide surface 27 and to be introduced into the slit-like opening 29, and thereby a clip is engaged with the clip engaging hole 21 to be mounted on the clip seat 23.
