PURPOSE: A fueling apparatus is provided to remove the risk of fire due to static electricity by employing a ground circuit for the fuel nozzle and the fuel hose. CONSTITUTION: A ground line is connected to a grounded housing(2) and installed along a fuel hose(7). A fuel nozzle(9) is connected to the ground line. A ground circuit(17) comprises a projection(18), which is connected to the ground line provided in the fuel nozzle. A nozzle hanger(10) comprises a contact(12), which is connected to the projection of the fuel nozzle and also to a ground determining unit of a control device. An alarm unit(15) is driven according to the output of the ground determining unit.
