PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a manufacturing method of a solar cell capable of easily removing a dielectric laminate formed on a surface of the solar cell.SOLUTION: A dielectric laminate of a solar cell 105 includes a layer that is absorptive in oscillation wavelength of a laser source 102. A laser source 102, which generates laser pulses 103 as pulses of prescribed pulse frequency, is configured to ablate the dielectric laminate to expose a material layer located at a lower part. The laser source 102 emits a burst of two laser pulses or a single temporally asymmetric pulse with pulse radiation in a single pulse period to achieve complete ablation in a single step.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 1 |
