PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a manufacturing method of a laminate having high adhesion strength between a substrate and a metal film, in manufacturing the laminate having the metal film formed on the substrate using a cold spray method.SOLUTION: A laminate 10 includes a substrate 1 made of a metal or an alloy, an intermediate layer 2 made of a softer metal or alloy than the substrate 1 formed on the surface of the substrate 1, and a metal film 3 formed by a powder material of the metal or alloy being accelerated together with a gas heated to a temperature lower than the melting point of the powder material, sprayed in a solid phase state onto the intermediate layer 2, and deposited thereon. |
