PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To prevent ink smudges from being caused in a platen even when a printer is installed in an inclined state.SOLUTION: A platen is provided with an ink receiver and an ink absorber. Grooves which guide an ink are formed in the ink receiver. The grooves includes: first ink grooves having a first inclined angle relative to an installation surface of a printer; and second ink grooves having an inclined angle larger than the first inclined angle. Even when the installation surface inclines relative to a horizontal line, the ink unfailingly flows along the second ink grooves into the ink absorber.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 6 |
