PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To enable an air conditioning device to be dry-operated without a separate reheat heat exchanger. SOLUTION: A part of a casing (20) is located outside a room and at least a part of the rest is located inside the room. The casing (20) is provided with an outdoor heat exchanger (31) provided on an outdoor air route (51), an indoor heat exchanger (32) provided on an indoor air route (50), an outdoor inlet (54), an outdoor outlet (55), an indoor inlet (52), an indoor outlet (53) and an auxiliary air inlet (60) for feeding air to the outdoor heat exchanger (31) with which a part of the outdoor heat exchanger (31) conducts a heat exchange. The casing (20) is provided on a part partitioning off the outdoors from the inside of the room. Outdoor air flows in from the auxiliary air inlet (60) and has the heat exchange through the part of the outdoor heat exchanger (31) and travels to a normal position to flow through the outdoor air route (51) and to a dry position where the inner air flows in from the auxiliary air inlet (60) and is heated by the part of the outdoor heat exchanger (31) and flows through the indoor air route (50). |
