PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To secure a sufficiently wide baggage room and to secure an appropriate margin of the deflection of a weather strip by a relatively simple constitution. SOLUTION: The baggage room 13 is provided at a rear part in the advancement direction of a bus loaded with an engine on a chassis frame 11 at a center in the advancement direction and an opening 13d of the baggage room is formed at the back surface of the bus. The opening is closed so as to be openable by a jump-up type rear lid 14 and the weather strip 31 is mounted to the peripheral edge of the opening of the baggage room. The rear lid is provided with a lid body 32 formed to a size corresponding to the opening; a seal panel 33 having the approximately same area as the lid body, mounted to the inner surface of the lid body and press-contacted with the weather strip in the closed state of the rear lid; and a panel adjustment means 34 provided between the lid body and the seal panel and adjusting the distance between the mounting part 29 of the weather strip and the seal panel in the closed state of the rear lid.
