PURPOSE: An intermittent air injection apparatus for a skin massage is provided to separately and respectively inject steam, oxygen, and cold air with one nozzle, and to save costs by reducing spare parts. CONSTITUTION: An intermittent air injection apparatus for a skin massage comprises the following: a cylinder(10) including a piston receiving an elasticity from a spring; an inflow hole(20) and an outflow hole(30) separately connected to the outlet of the cylinder; an air shutter pad(40,50) including a prevention cut-out for a counterflow separately installed at the inflow hole and the outflow hole; and a combination nozzle(60) including a passage for steam, oxygen, and cold air connected to the outflow hole. The passage for steam, oxygen, and cold air is separately formed in a shape of a slope while each end is interlinked through the outflow hole.
