<p><P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a time setting system capable of automating time setting of an electronic device with built-in clock function at low cost, and a time setting device and the electronic device constituting the system. <P>SOLUTION: This time setting system includes this time setting device 10 having the first terminal 12 connectable to the electronic device 20, and the electronic device 20 having the second terminal 22 connectable to the first terminal 12 of the time setting device. The time setting device 10 includes the first internal clock, a time information acquiring means for receiving by radio time information transmitted from the outside and acquiring the accurate time information, a means for setting the time of the first internal clock based on the acquired time information, and a means for acquiring the time information from the first internal clock and outputting it to the first terminal.
