PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a radio telephone system capable of performing an emergency report without reducing the number of simultaneously communicable radio terminals in a mobile radio telephone system having an emergency report means. SOLUTION: This radio telephone system used by a base station and a mobile station has a means for grasping a radio wave state of each slot and is configured to allocate a slot allocated for emergency communication to a slot with the best radio wave state at the time of grasping the radio wave state of each slot.
