PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To perform high-precision and high efficiency machining by suppressing an inward turning error within an allowable range even when a machining speed is increased while preventing a phase error between a workpiece and a tool due to performance of a machining device when cutting the workpiece. SOLUTION: In this machining device, a control section 8 has a control signal output part 8c outputting a control signal for previously rotating a crankshaft to a rotary drive mechanism 14, prior to the movement of a rotary tool 4 by an X-axis moving mechanism 24, by an amount of the phase error generated between the crankshaft and the rotary tool 4 caused by the machining speed and a difference between rotation acceleration time of the crankshaft as the workpiece by the rotary drive mechanism 14 and movement acceleration time of the rotary tool 4 by the X-axis moving mechanism 24.
