The present invention includes a touch panel having a switch electrode region, and an operation unit. The switch electrode region includes a switch electrode, and a ground electrode disposed in line with the switch electrode. The operation part includes an elastic body, a conductor, a facing surface, and a push button having an operation surface. The conductor faces the switch electrode region and is set apart from the switch electrode and the ground electrode. As the push button is being depressed, the capacitance value between the conductor and the switch electrode and ground electrode changes in accordance with the distance between the conductor and the switch electrode.
