PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an analogue-to-digital converter in which a satisfying noise level is obtained, and further to provide a semiconductor integrated device using the same. SOLUTION: The analogue-to-digital converter is equipped with: a signal generator 11 which generates a saw-tooth-wave-shaped reference signal Vref; a first comparator 14 which compares an analogue input signal Vin with the reference signal Vref to output the result compared; a second comparator 15 which is series-connected with the first comparator 14 via a capacitance C2 and has higher gain than that of the first comparator 14; a third comparator 16 series-connected with the second comparator 15 via the capacitance C3; a signal comparator 12 including first to third switching elements S1, S2, S3 which short-circuits input and output terminals of the first to third comparators 14, 15, 16 to set an operating point; and a signal output unit 13 which outputs a digital signal Vout in response to the analogue signal Vin based on the result compared.
