Formula (I) wherein, B is selected from the group consisting of a purine, a pyrimidine, and analogs thereof, R¹ is selected from the group consisting of OH and -O-blocking agent, R² is selected from the group consisting of H and OH, R³ is selected from the group consisting of Formula (A) and Formula (B), R⁴ is selected from the group consisting of alkyl, O, S, and NR⁵, R⁵ is selected from the group consisting of H and alkyl, R⁶ is N₃, R⁷ is an alkyl linker, L is a label, m, at each occurrence, independently is an integer from 1 to 3, n, at each occurrence, independently is an integer from 1 to 18, and p, at each occurrence, independently is an integer from 0 to 11.
