PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a game machine, a program and an information storage medium having an improved operability related to an erasure operation of a game history. SOLUTION: This game machine is provided with: an update means 155 for executing a process allowing a game history storage means 197 to update and store a game history of a player for every game; a display control means 160 for executing a process allowing a display device 330 to display the game history based on operations to menu operation buttons MB1-MB2; a timer means 165 measuring a non-played time when the game is non-played by the player; a notification means 170 notifying the erasion of the game history at a prescribed opportunity after the non-played time reaches a prescribed time; and an erasure means 175 for executing an erasure process for erasing the game history stored in the game history storage means 197 based on the execution of an prescribed operation to a bet button B0, a start lever SL or stop buttons B1-B3 in a game executing the notification process or a prescribed game started after executing the notification process.
