PURPOSE:To provide an induction-heated cooking apparatus using multiple coils, distributing the power to individual coils according to the temperatures of pots heated by the coils, eliminating heating irregularities, limiting the total power quantity, capable of being safely used, capable of being heated by only the preset coil without the multiple coils, and capable of attaining high cooking performance via a high temperature and quick thermal responsiveness. CONSTITUTION:An induction-heated cooking apparatus is provided with multiple heating coils 2, 4, multiple high-frequency power sources 3, 5, and a temperature difference measuring means 9, and electric power is distributed by a control means 11 to eliminate the temperature difference. A power limiting means 12 is provided, and it is controlled so that the total power quantity does not exceed the preset power quantity. A coil switching means 13 is provided so that only the preset coil can be heated. Heating irregularities of a pot 6 are eliminated, and the using safety and quick thermal responsiveness can be satisfied. |
