<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To disclose a hyaluronic acid gel, not always using a chemical crosslinking agent or a chemical modification agent, slightly water-soluble, and having transparency. <P>SOLUTION: According to a method of manufacturing the hyaluronic acid gel, a hyaluronic acid, water for making the hyaluronic acid concentration 5 mass%, and an acid component having moles equal to or more than that of a carboxyl group of the hyaluronic acid are made coexistent, and the coexistent state is retained. This manufacturing method may be a method of manufacturing a hyaluronic acid gel wherein water for making the hyaluronic acid concentration 5-18 mass%, and an acid component having moles equal to or more than that of a carboxyl group of the hyaluronic acid are made coexistent, and the coexistent state is retained at a temperature of -10 to -30°C and not to freeze water to form a hyaluronic acid gel. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2011,JPO&INPIT |
