PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide ultrasonic diagnostic equipment and the like easily acquiring mutual three-dimensional position relation of a Doppler measurement acoustic ray, a blood vessel and a blood flow measurement site when executing the blood flow measurement by an ultrasonic Doppler method. SOLUTION: This ultrasonic diagnostic equipment automatically generates and displays a clipping image formed by clipping data in the front side of the Doppler measurement acoustic line L and a sampling marker M viewed from an observer. The position of the sampling marker, the direction of the clipping image and the clipping range are optionally changeable. The observation of the clipping image can facilitate the recognition of the position relation of the Doppler measurement acoustic line L, the sampling marker M and the blood vessels running in the left/right direction of the image and in the depth front/rear direction of the image viewed from the observer and allows the user to set a favorable sampling marker position (Doppler measurement position).
