摘要 PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To solve the problem that it is difficult to improve brightness without impairing gradation in image. SOLUTION: An image processing device has an image data acquisition means for acquiring image data comprising a plurality of pixels expressed in gradation; a brightness acquisition means for acquiring brightness in the image data; a first correction curve generation means for generating a first correction curve where an output gradation value to each input gradation value is prescribed by determining the amount of correction in brightness corresponding to the acquired brightness, by determining the output gradation value to a prescribed input gradation value according to the amount of correction in brightness, and by interpolating the determined output gradation value; a second correction curve acquisition means for acquiring a second correction curve where the output gradation value to each input gradation value is prescribed, based on aγvalue that is a fixed prescribed value; and a correction curve composite means for generating a correction curve for correcting the brightness in the image data by compositing first and second correction curves.
