<p>A drop discharge device has a pressurizing means (9) for discharge of liquid such as raw material or fuel, a pressurizing chamber (1) for liquid to be discharged, a nozzle (2) connected to the pressurizing chamber for discharging liquid, a layer (11a) for repelling the liquid disposed adjacent the discharge side of the nozzle, and an introducing hole (10) for supplying liquid to the pressurizing chamber.
